All personalized items are final sale.
REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS
I will provide a refund or a replacement order free of charge if I made an error on my end while personalizing and processing your order.
However, I am not able or required to process refunds or provide replacements for:
- products made with incorrect information or typos due to customer error.
- orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
