All orders are printed and shipped fast in house: within 1-3 Business Days.

I ship within the United States and internationally. Please note that delivery times may be longer for international orders. You should plan ahead and be prepared for a longer wait time.

 TURNAROUND

Most orders are printed, packaged, and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please note that this is the in-house processing time and does not account for the time the package is in transit.

 STANDARD SHIPPING

I ship via USPS First Class, which usually takes 3-6 business days in transit.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited shipping methods are available at checkout. 

USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days.
USPS Express: 1-2 business days. 

TRACKING

You'll receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our studio.

RETURNED OR MISLABELED PACKAGES

Jessica Weible Studios is not responsible for or required to process refunds for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

HANDLING WHILE IN TRANSIT - SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

I carefully pack each order by hand in my studio. Unfortunately I am unable to control how your package is handled by the postal service. Should your order arrive damaged and unusable due to the post office's handling, please contact me at email@jessicaweible.com and I will send you a replacement free of charge.

All personalized items are final sale.

     

    REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS

    I will provide a refund or a replacement order free of charge if I made an error on my end while personalizing and processing your order.

    However, I am not able or required to process refunds or provide replacements for:

    • products made with incorrect information or typos due to customer error.
    • orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
